David C. Bruce is the President of Senterra and has been an integral part of its growth over the past 25 years.  Mr. Bruce is responsible for Senterra’s operations, strategic planning, investment program, and business development.

Mr. Bruce co-founded DefensiveDriving.com in 1999 and oversees its operations. The company was the first to use the internet to offer state-approved defensive driving in Texas. Since then, DefensiveDriving.com has become recognized as the leading provider of driver education courses in the United States.

Mr. Bruce manages the development, construction and operations of Villas Del Mar, a luxury  residential community in Los Cabos, Mexico. In addition to the 200+ villas, the company also owns and manages Club Ninety Six, a private beach club exclusively for its members.

Recognized for his business leadership, Mr. Bruce was the recipient of the 2003 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Clayton Dabney Foundation, serves on the Advisory Board for the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Be An Angel organization.

Mr. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Arkansas.
